Inline with our prestige service, all of our watches are hand delivered worldwide. Our experts perform a full watch walkthrough on delivery, and are on hand to make any amendments, should they be required.
Yes, using a secure payment gateway called Stripe. Once the order has been finalised, one of experts will send over a protected link to complete the transaction. We also accept American Express payments.
Yes, after our thorough internal checking process, all Watch Juice orders are delivered complete with box and papers.
Typically the brands we sell tend to appreciate by 5-10% annually. However this is model dependant, and some will of course have a larger increase than others in line with market demand.
Understandably, this depends on the watch you have to trade in. If the watch is one of the four brands we work with (Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet & Richard Mille) and both parties are satisfied on price, then we’re happy to discuss this option. Helping our clients to manage their collections is always our top priority.
All payments are taken upfront to allow the watch to be ordered. Each watch is individually sourced for the clients’ needs; none of our watches come from preexisting stock.
Due to the nature of our business we handle the affairs of many affluent individuals; along with this comes the need for privacy and discretion. As such we pride ourselves on our service and come with a high level of client recommendation. However, if for any reason the trust hasn’t been established by the point of payment, unfortunately we won’t be able to proceed.
